*1954 VW Oval Window Beetle BuG* “Lil Buddy”

Well it brings a tear to my eye every time I look at the pics of this bug. This was the find of a lifetime, found ten minutes from my home rotting in a driveway with four flat tires, a mountain of sludge in the gas tank, and a couple lil critters made their home in there.

Bought the car super cheap, used fix a flat to tow it home and the dry rotted tires held the whole time through the six months it was getting painted. After nine years of sitting he started with fresh gas, just amazing! He didn’t fight me one bit when it came to restoring him. Won a few trophies in the small time I had him too. I put a ton of work into the car along with the killer ad. This BuG was a turning point in this business, he got me my shop.
