Classic VW BuGs Attends the 2013 Ft. Lauderdale Show ‘N Shine VW Air-Cooled Event

Sunday April 24th 2013 I attended the 2013 Show ‘N Shine VW Beetle BuG event in Ft. Lauderdale Fl.  I took some photos here for you to sift through.  I also shot some video of the show as well and I will be getting that to you in the coming week.

I was also asked to present an award at the show for the “Best Stock Restoration.”  That award went to a 1952 Crotch Cooler Split Window Beetle.

We made a really cool trophy for this particular award.  We sent down one of our paintings stretched on canvas 24″x 20″

A gold plate was made up and mounted on the piece presenting the award to the “Best Stock Restoration.”

It was different, everyone liked it!
